Construction cleaning consists of two stages, rough and final. A rough construction clean is when a construction cleaning is performed after a certain period in the project or after a specific construction task is completed. This happens during the construction process, but before construction is completed. This may be done for several different reasons, including cleaning before the next phase to keep debris from interfering with the next part, or could be part of a specific sub-contractor’s scope of work in order to not interfere with another sub-contractor on the project.
A final post construction clean is done after the completion of the entire construction project. This is a detail cleaning to clean off any dust or debris that may be on the final product before it is ready to be turned over to the client or to be considered completely finished.
